A man asked the Prophet peace be upon him:
"Indeed a man loves that his clothes look good and his shoes look good. Is this arrogance?"
The Prophet peace be upon him replied:
“No. Allah is beautiful and loves beauty. Arrogance is rejecting the truth and looking down on people.”
